This highly experienced lady is an Associate Member of the Southern African Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators – she has a post graduate diploma in Company Secretarial and Governance Practice. She also did a twelve-month course at UNISA on taxation: Strategic Approach to Taxation. She is a registered Commissioner of Oaths.
In addition to doing company secretarial work, she has extensive experience in accounting (Pastel Evolution), internal auditing, liaising with SARS and with audit firms, dealing with banks and arranging foreign payments and receipts.
