GENERIC MANAGEMENT SERVICES AND SUPPORT FUNCTIONS SOLUTIONS

This highly intelligent, accomplished and versatile lady followed up her first degree, a BA in communication, with a BSc Eng. (Electronics). As Professional Engineer she began in the then vibrant Defence Industry where she was grounded in System Engineering thinking. At Hatch Africa Consulting Engineers she was responsible for developing key elements of computerised control systems for industry, then transitioned to ICT and IT companies, where the focus shifted to business process analysis and change management. She acquired her MBA in 2004 and there encountered what was to become her passion: Executive Coaching. She transitioned into management consulting with a focus on strategy facilitation. In 2010 she did a certificate in Leadership Coaching and in 2015 she acquired a Masters Degree in Management - Business and Executive Coaching. She still considers the System Engineering task of requirements specification a strength and excels in Business Process Engineering and Risk Assessments. However, her clear preference and gift is to coach an executive team to jointly determine an intelligent strategy for change.
