GENERIC MANAGEMENT SERVICES AND SUPPORT FUNCTIONS SOLUTIONS

This dual South African and Mauritian, who is fluent in French and English, accomplished a great deal between matriculation in ’79 and his first tertiary qualification in ’94. His work experience began centred around financial and management accounting, but soon expanded to all generic business management services and support functions, particularly sales and marketing. He was also responsible for operations management and was CEO on occasion. He has developed a particular strength in financial and administrative systems development and implementation. He has never had a long-term employer and worked mostly on consulting assignments to a variety of industries, including manufacturing, mining and telecommunications. He attained his BA Hons (Business and Marketing) ’94 University of East London UK, his CA at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Scotland (97), is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants(UK) (97), and he is currently finalizing an LLB International Tax Planning (US).

Since ‘99 he has been the proprietor of a Mauritius-based consultancy. Among other business management consulting, he has become an international taxation expert, and he has provided wealth-management services. He is adept at leading corporate acquisition processes and familiar with most associations’ regulations, tax, compliance, and legal requirements. He can liaise with key industry players, investment and commercial bankers, insurance carriers and corporate counsel.
