His career as employed official was capped with six years as CEO and Director of a mining and manufacturing group with responsibility for all aspects of business general management, including acquisitions, mergers and JV’s. It is interesting though that, looking back, the two achievements that he is most proud of are improving factory engineering availability from 70% to 93%, and successfully managing a multi-billion Rand plant acquisition project. |
